What is Life if there is No Update?

No words could describe how I currently feel now. It's freaking July. 5 more months till the end of 2024. I'm not ready yet for new year. A lot oft things happened and some new updates. Got to see specialist this coming August because of some worrying health issues. Tired of medical appointments like I'm fucking 23. i should be healthy but here i am with various mental health conditions, declining state of mind, having to excuse myself for a day or 2?
